2) Boris Lumé's creative pastries
Boris Lumé first learned with the great names of French gastronomy such as Cyril Lignac, before flying to Tokyo where he perfected his know-how and found inspiration with Joël Robuchon.
His favorite ingredient ? Matcha, which has become his signature ingredient and which he uses in several forms : cream puffs, crackers and logs... Minimalist pastries that are nonetheless delicious ! Taste the perfect balance of flavors and succumb to these sweet delights.
The most of the store ? Listed as a historical monument, the store located on rue Caulaincourt will take you back in time, from the façade where you can read in old letters "Boulangerie, Confiserie, Pâtisserie" to the interior with its tiles with plant motifs, its crystal chandelier or its wrought iron shelves.

3) Les Petits Mitrons, the temple of fruit tarts
Located on Rue Lepic, Les Petits Mitrons is a family heritage, owned by the same family for over 30 years !
His star product ? Fruit tarts all year round, but with seasonal fruits ! We melt for their sweet and delicately caramelized pastry. No need to be on a diet...
The most of the store ? It is possible to visit the back store ! In this artisanal bakery where everything is homemade, you will discover the work spaces and the different tools used to make their products, you will also learn anecdotes about the history and the secrets of the bakery. 4) Arnaud Larher's gourmet creations
Both a master chocolatier and a pastry chef, Arnaud Larher began his career at the Best Pastry Chef of Brest where he learned alongside Michel Guillerm. Then, he joined prestigious houses such as Peltier, Dalloyau and Fauchon, where he worked alongside Pierre Hermé, who became his mentor. Thanks to his faultless career, Arnaud Larher won the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2007. His unique know-how and his capacity for innovation explain why he is one of the best in the profession.
His star product ? Our favorite product is undoubtedly his macaroons that he offers in several flavors. The hardest thing will be to choose !
The most of the store ? The Montmartre Residence team does everything possible to make your stay perfect !
