Boris Lumé's creative pastries

Boris Lumé began his career working with the great names of French gastronomy, such as Cyril Lignac, before moving to Tokyo, where he honed his skills and found inspiration with Joël Robuchon.

His favorite ingredient ?  Matcha has become his signature ingredient, and he uses it in a variety of ways: cream puffs, crackers, logs... Minimalist pastries that are no less succulent! Taste the perfect balance of flavors and succumb to these sweet delights.

The store's plus ? Listed as a historic monument, the store on rue Caulaincourt will take you back in time, from the facade where you can read "Boulangerie, Confiserie, Pâtisserie" in old-fashioned lettering, to the interior with its plant-patterned tiles, crystal chandelier and wrought-iron shelves.

Les Petits Mitrons, the temple of fruit tarts 

Located on Rue Lepic, Les Petits Mitrons is a family legacy, owned by the same family for over 30 years !

Its flagship product Fruit tarts all year long, but with seasonal fruit ! We're smitten with their delicate caramelized pastry. Diets abstain...

The store's plus ? You can also visit the back store ! In this artisan bakery, where everything is homemade, you'll discover their know-how, and learn a few anecdotes about the history and secrets of the bakery ! More info: here

Arnaud Larher's gourmet creations

Both a master chocolatier and a pastry chef, Arnaud Larher began his career with the Best Pastry Chef in Brest, where he learned alongside Michel Guillerm. He then moved on to prestigious houses such as Peltier, Dalloyau and Fauchon, where he worked alongside Pierre Hermé, who became his mentor. Thanks to his faultless career, Arnaud Larher was awarded the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2007. His unique know-how and capacity for innovation have earned him a place among the best in the profession.

Its flagship product Our favorite product is undoubtedly his macaroons, which come in several flavors. The hardest part will be choosing !

Awarded Pastry Chef of the Year in 2004 and Paris Medalist in 2008, Gilles Marchal decided to set up shop on the Butte Montmartre !

Its flagship product With unwavering pride, Gilles Marchal has made the Madeleine the emblematic product of his patisserie. He is originally from Lorraine, which explains his particular attachment to this sweet !

The store's plus ? Every day, in the workshops high above Montmartre, these exquisite madeleines are carefully prepared and baked several times. Light and tasty, they come in a variety of versions : plain, glazed, filled, coated or flambéed. The media have repeatedly celebrated these creations, making the Maison de Gilles Marchal proud !

The art and passion of Pierre Hermé : undisputed master of patisserie

Pierre Hermé, an icon of contemporary French and world gastronomy, was crowned World's Best Pastry Chef in 2016. Driven by a passion that guides his life, this artist of sweet pleasures never ceases to amaze and satisfy the palates of gourmets !

Its flagship product The macaroon. Available as Incontournables, Collections or Éphémères, these miniature macaroons encapsulate the essence of the "architecture of taste" so dear to the pastry chef.
