With the coming of the summer, the open-air film festivals are back and take over the gardens and rooftops of Paris to transform them into open-air cinemas, in a spirit of conviviality and sharing. 

Come and experience cinema in a different way as a couple or with friends and let the magic of the big screen work under the stars of Paris...

 

 Open air cinema at La Villette : From July 20 to August 21, 2022 

For more than 30 years, the open-air cinema at La Villette has been an essential event of the Parisian summer. For this new edition "Alors on danse", the event celebrates during twenty five evenings the theme of the dance, universal means of expression. 

From Jean Dujardin's tap dance in The Artist to John Travolta and Uma Thurman's wild twist in Pulp Fiction, discover (or rediscover) the great classics of French and international cinema. 

See you from Wednesday to Sunday from 10:30 pm in the largest open-air cinema in Paris ! The access is free within the limits of available seats, the deckchairs are paying : 7€.

 Cinéma sur le toit x Sofilm : from July 7 to September 8, 2022 

The Bar à Bulles gives you an appointment on the roof of the Machine du Moulin Rouge every Wednesday of the summer ! 

Under the sky of Pigalle, settle comfortably on the deckchairs and enjoy a bubbling program highlighting artists with singular visions. To better enjoy the cinematographic works, the sessions are in original version with French subtitles and can be listened to with headphones. 

In order to give everyone a chance to attend the screenings, reservations are made on the Dice application on Wednesdays at 11am for the following week's screening.

 The Silhouette Festival : August 26 to September 3 

From August 26 to September 3, 2022, the Silhouette Festival takes over the Parc de la Butte du Chapeau Rouge for nine free evenings of concerts and outdoor short film screenings.  Through its programming, the festival wishes to tickle, challenge, surprise and make its public react with films that are out of the ordinary. 

In addition to daytime activities, the Silhouette festival offers, as it does every year, retrospectives, a selection of new films and exhibitions. 

The evenings start with concerts at 7:30 pm, and end with the screening of several short films at 9 pm.
